Qiyadah ERP is a business management software platform provided by Veroeximus Brandings, operating under the Magnustic brand.
We respect the privacy of businesses and individuals using Qiyadah ERP and its integrated services, including the WhatsApp Business Platform.
This page explains how users, businesses and WhatsApp message recipients can request the deletion of eligible personal information processed through Qiyadah ERP.
We handle data deletion requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws, contractual obligations and legitimate operational requirements.

Where the relevant information is controlled by a business using Qiyadah ERP, we may need to coordinate with that business before processing a deletion request.
Depending on applicable law, account permissions and data retention requirements, deletion requests may concern:
Some business records, including invoices, financial transactions, payroll records and tax-related documents, may be subject to mandatory legal retention requirements.
Certain operational and opt-out records may need to be retained where necessary to comply with applicable law, prevent unwanted messages or protect service security.
To submit a data deletion request, follow the steps below.

Include the following information, where applicable:
Do not include passwords, WhatsApp verification codes, access tokens or unnecessary identity documents.
After receiving your request, we may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or your authority to request deletion.
Where the relevant records belong to a business using Qiyadah ERP, we may contact that business to confirm the appropriate action.
We will review the request and determine which information is eligible for deletion.
Eligible information will be deleted or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law, the relevant business's lawful instructions and our operational requirements.
Where information cannot be deleted because of an applicable legal obligation or other valid reason, we will explain the relevant limitation.
We will communicate the outcome of the request through an appropriate contact channel.
Where deletion is completed, we will confirm the relevant action, subject to applicable security and privacy limitations.
Authorized business owners can disconnect the WhatsApp Business integration from Qiyadah ERP through the available integration settings.
Businesses may also revoke authorization through their Meta Business Settings.
Revoking authorization prevents the application from continuing to use the revoked permissions.
Important: Disconnecting a WhatsApp Business Account does not automatically delete all previously stored message history, customer records or operational information.
To request deletion of eligible stored information, follow the instructions in Section 4.
If you receive WhatsApp messages from a business using Qiyadah ERP and wish to request deletion of your personal information, you can:
Where supported, replying STOP to the business's WhatsApp message may register an opt-out request.
Opting out of messages and requesting deletion of stored personal information are separate actions.
We may coordinate with the relevant business to process your request where that business controls the records.
Once an eligible deletion request has been processed, the relevant information will be removed or otherwise handled according to applicable legal and operational requirements.

We retain information only for purposes consistent with our Privacy Policy, applicable agreements and legal requirements.

Where deletion cannot be completed immediately or in full, we will assess the relevant circumstances and communicate applicable limitations.
Businesses that no longer wish to use Qiyadah ERP's WhatsApp integration can revoke access through their Meta Business Settings.
Where applicable, revocation may also be initiated through Qiyadah ERP's integration settings.
Revoking authorization is separate from terminating the Qiyadah ERP subscription or deleting stored information.
